Join us at Friends’ concerts to share many more high notes, starting with those played by the Takács Quartet on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Including the Takács Quartet, our 2026-2027 series includes: 4 string quartets, 2 piano trios, and 2 piano quartets. Three groups are new to Friends and five have played for Friends in past seasons. Our concerts will include music by Schubert, both Fanny and Felix Mendelssohn, Dvořák, American composer Gabriela Lena Frank, Tchaikovsky, Britten, Beethoven, Dora Pejačević, Prokofiev, Melanie Bonis, and Shostakovich.
